CONFERENCE SETUP AND SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER. Under the direction of Conference Setup and Support supervisors, the Conference Setup and Support Team Member is responsible for all conference set- ups and implements all requests from the Guest Relations & Services Director for any special or additional requirements needed by each conference group leader. The individual is also responsible to maintain the general cleanliness of public spaces and meeting rooms including but not limited to Longhouse gymnasium, roller skating rink, Ruesch Auditorium, Sweet Memorial, Post Office, Hempel Auditorium, Executive Offices, youth buildings and the Administration building. Responsibilities also include handling all deliverables to guest lodge rooms and cabins with superior guest service.

Conference Setup and Support Team Members must wear full length khaki pants or shorts. Athletic shorts, sweatpants or yoga-type pants will not be permitted. Must wear closed-toe shoes. You will be provided 2 work shirts that are to be returned at the end of your work agreement. Weekend and evening work may be required. You may also be required to work in other Departments and/or our other Center. During your employment, you are expected to meet certain standards of performance and conduct as explained in the seasonal handbook.

You will be paid a gross (before taxes) weekly rate of $220.00 PLUS ROOM AND BOARD. This rate is the amount you will be paid for a 40 hour work week; if you work less than 40 hours in a work week, you will receive a pro-rated amount of this rate. If you work more than 40 hours in a work week, you will be paid an overtime rate for the hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a week, or 12 hours in a day. The number of hours worked in a work week will be determined by your department manager. In addition to the weekly salary, seasonal staff receives dormitory housing and meals. There is no housing deposit required. Any deductions for damages to housing, equipment, lost keys, or fines will be charged to you before your departure. Also, upon completion of your work agreement you will receive a share of the Appreciation Fund (tip pool) at the end of your designated season.

2. Criminal Background Check: Please obtain a criminal background check from your local police station, you will also need to translate this into English. When you arrive at the YMCA of the Rockies, you will need to provide us the original document as well.
