Job Description - Guest Registration Desk Supervisor
Job Title: Guest Registration Desk Supervisor Status: Non-Exempt
Employee Classification: Seasonal Reports to: Guest Registration Manager
The YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park Center is the largest YMCA conference center in the world. 
At nearly 900 acres in size and serving over 200,000 guests each year, a dedicated team of 
individuals work to provide guests with a world-renowned experience.
Position Summary:
The Guest Registration Supervisor assists the Guest Registration Managers in overseeing the daily functions of the Estes Park Center Registration Desk.

Guest Registration Desk Supervisor Essential Functions / Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of college education preferred
  • At least one year of guest registration desk experience preferred
  • Prior guest registration desk experience preferred
  • Must have excellent written, verbal and computer skills
  • Must be flexible with work schedule, including morning, evening and weekend shifts as needed
  • Use property management computer system to check in and out guest reservations, ensure accurate reservation charges and other functions
  • Interact with guests and staff in a manner that promotes the warmth, friendliness and high guest service standard of the Estes Park Center
  • Answer a variety of general questions pertaining to YMCA of the Rockies and surrounding communities
  • Develop a good general knowledge of YMCA facilities and departments
  • Must fill in as Switchboard Operator as needed
  • Assist in training registration desk staff in standard operating procedures and guest service
  • Must be able to work well with frequent interruptions in a busy environment
  • Must fill in for Guest Registration Managers as needed
  • Actively support the YMCA of the Rockies international trainee program
  • Must be able to use adding machine, computer, fax machine, scanner, copy machine and telephone
  • Supporting other departments and managers as needed with approval of Guest Registration Managers
