Fellowship Opportunities

The YMCA of the Rockies' Fellowship opportunities are 12 month seasonal roles that focus on professional development for career specific expertise, as well as overall management and non-profit industry skills.

Guest Services Fellowship (Snow Mountain Ranch, October 2nd, 2023 - October 4th, 2024) The Guest Services Fellow will have the opportunity to gain experience in the many areas of conference, wedding, event and guest registration services provided by Snow Mountain Ranch to groups, families and individual guests. This position supports the Director of Guest Operations, the Assistant Guest Registration Director, and the Assistant Conference Director with various aspects of their job responsibilities at YMCA of the Rockies, Snow Mountain Ranch, and will have ample opportunity to interact with guests and staff from all over the world.
