POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park Center, which operates a mission-based family and group conference and retreat center, serving more than 150,000 annually. The Dish Room Manager is responsible for ordering the food and Supplies for the Food Service Dept. This includes receiving & stocking the dry storage, produce coolers, dairy coolers and freezers in the EPC main kitchen, and food service operation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee all aspects of proper chemical storage, and inventory.
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Be fluent in written and oral English.
- Able to work eight-hour shifts on concrete floors and lift up to 70 pounds
- Maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance and presentation.
- Possess stamina to work in the work environment described herein.
- Effectively coordinate with the Executive Chef to ensure proper use of disposables, chemicals, and supplies.
- Maintain basic functions of dish machine within health guidelines
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- One year of management role preferably in a food service operations.
- ServSafe Certification within 3 months of hire.
- Carrying large objects, stooping, kneeling and bending
- Must maintain a clean and hazard free work environment.
- Assist in other areas in food service as needed. .
- Assist Inventory Manager with ordering paper products, equipment and supplies using different ordering systems.
- Maintain current sanitation standards and temperature logs per Colorado Health regulations.
