Position Summary:

This position include answering telephones, response to enquiries, making and closing work orders, assist in UPS duties, filing and other daily office tasks.

Essential Functions / Requirements:

  1. Answer phones and radio calls, and able to convey information both orally and in writing appropriately.
  2. Dispatch emergency calls, and log calls accordingly.
  3. Log all maintenance and close work orders.
  4. Log and maintain security reports and incident reports.
  5. Maintain and assist in UPS duties, such as receiving UPS packages, update tracking list, and distributing packages.
  6. Response to walk-in enquiries in the office and coordinate and/or notify the appropriate channels and departments.
  7. Data entry and other daily office tasks.
  8. Assist B&G Office Manager
  9. Able to operates standard office equipment such as computer, and copier.
  10. All other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION:

This is a seasonal, hourly (based on 40 hours/week) position, paying $220/week, with employee perks including:
