Looking for a job in the outdoor recreation industry? Our Programs Department is hiring for a variety of positions. All jobs include training for Adult & Pediatric First Aid and CPR/AED certifications, as well as great employee perks like free golf, skiing, and gear rentals. This is a great position for someone who enjoys connecting people to the outdoors. Whether you’re a novice in the recreation industry or an expert, we have a position for you.
Internships

Grow your professional skills in the Rocky Mountains! We offer internships at both of our centers; Estes Park Center and Snow Mountain Ranch. Some of our departments include recreation/programs, hospitality/guest services, buildings & grounds, philanthropy, conference services, museum/cultural heritage, accounting, human resources, and ministry.
Interns receive on-the-job training and opportunities to network with people from all around the world. On-site lodging and meals are available to all interns and seasonal employees. While we do not provide college credit, we can work with you to make sure our positions meet your school’s requirements. YMCA of the Rockies seasonal employees live on-grounds for a base-fee per week. No credit check or rental agreement required. This includes:
- Housing in dormitory style rooms
- Utilities (electric, heat, water)
- Internet
- Laundry
- Cleaning supplies and vacuums
- Housing lobbies with refrigerators, microwaves, Keurig’s, large screen TV’s, and cable
- 3 buffet style meals daily – option to eat-in dining room or take meals to-go.
- Access to all YMCA of the Rockies facilities, free gear rentals, free or discounted tickets to local attractions, and the ability to sign-up for ski passes, indoor climbing, or golf.
