POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park Center, which operates a mission-based family and group conference and retreat center, serving more than 150,000 annually. The Stock Room Supervisor is responsible for ordering, receiving & stocking the dry storage, produce coolers, dairy coolers and freezers in the EPC main kitchen.

* Have excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Be fluent in written and oral English.
* Able to work eight-hour shifts on concrete floors and lift up to 70 pounds
* Maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance and presentation.
* Have basic computer skills and develop knowledge of property management software.
* Possess a valid, USA state-issued driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and comply with YMCA driving rules to be approved to operate YMCA vehicles. 
* Possess stamina to work in the work environment described herein.
* Two years’ experience in inventory a management role preferably in a food service operations. 
* Effectively coordinate with the Executive Chef to ensure proper inventory levels of food and supplies.
* Oversee all aspects of food ordering, storage, and inventory.
* Must maintain and rotate stock in all freezers, coolers and dry storage areas.
* ServSafe Certification
* Carrying large objects, stooping, kneeling and bending
* Must maintain and rotate stock in all freezers, coolers and dry storage areas.
* Assist with Sack lunch & Gift Basket inventories and preparation.
* Assist with Cookout deliveries and inventories.
* Assist Food Service Director with ordering food products, equipment and supplies using different ordering systems.
* Complete Month and Year end COGS Inventories.

* Possess and demonstrate excellent customer service skills; for example, friendly, personable, helpful, patient, and professional.

* Promote a cooperative, positive, and flexible atmosphere while working with others in a diverse community.
* Must meet acceptable criminal background check standards.
* All other duties as assigned.
