The YMCA of the Rockies Appreciation Fund is a fund consisting of donations given by guests. It is evenly distributed in each paycheck to eligible seasonal staff, based on estimated annual totals.

All seasonal employees have the opportunity to opt-in to our Rocky Mountain Living Package which includes lodging in dormitory-style housing, 3 meals per day/7 days per week at dining commons, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, all utilities, an abundance of employee perks, and the opportunity to live next to Rocky Mountain National Park. This option is encouraged for all seasonal employees. 

If seasonal staff elect to live off-grounds, they will be in charge of finding their own housing.

Estes Park Center:

• Corporate ski passes

• Proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park. Estes Park Center is surrounded on 3-sides by Rocky Mountain National Park. The Beaver Meadows entrance to the park is less than 3 miles from our property.
• Access to all YMCA of the Rockies facilities, which includes: An indoor pool, fitness track, basketball gymnasium, fitness classes, tennis courts, mini-golf, hiking and biking trails, roller rink, library, craft & design center, climbing wall, bonfire rings, ping pong and pool tables, baseball field, 18-hole disc golf course, summer concert series, and pond for fishing and ice skating.

Snow Mountain Ranch:

• Corporate ski passes to Winter Park Resort, Steamboat Springs, Copper Mountain, and Ski Granby Ranch through The Grand Pass.
• Free gear rentals for outdoor recreation and access to all our Nordic trails - over 5,000 acres of world-class terrain
• Discounted nights in our lodges
• Proximity to Grand Lake, Lake Granby, Winter Park, and Rocky Mountain National Park
• Access to all YMCA of the Rockies facilities, which includes: A reservoir for canoeing and fishing, hiking, biking, skiing trails, an indoor pool, zipline, basketball gymnasium, tennis courts, mini-golf, library, art center, climbing wall, bonfire rings, ping pong tables, and baseball field.
